Outer Banks Stars Chase Stokes and Madelyn Cline Break Up After 1 Year Together

Another romance is coming to a close. Actors Chase Stokes and Madelyn Cline, who star in Netflix's "Outer Banks" series, have ended their one-year engagement, according to People magazine. Last April, Chase, 29, and Madelyn, 23, celebrated one year of dating.

The former couple met while filming the first season of Outer Banks, their hit Netflix series. Stokes posted a photo of the couple eating supper on a beach with the caption "Cats outta the bag" in June 2020, making their relationship Instagram official.

Cline then admitted to falling in love with Stokes later that year. "It's fantastic. Love is a strong bond "She revealed this to Entertainment Tonight. "It's great to be able to enjoy this event with your favourite friends, as well as your favourite person... I'm quite pleased with myself."

Since they formed a love bond off-screen, Stokes spoke to the media in March about getting to work with Cline.

"It's been a lot of fun to drive together to work, come home and throw ideas off of each other about different scenes, collaborating, watching her get excited about her work and be her cheerleader," Stokes said.

Fans are hoping for a Netflix renewal of the "Outer Banks" series. Season 2 has been on the air for two months and there has been no news concerning the show. For the time being, Netflix has kept quiet about "Outer Banks," but it would be a shock if the show was cancelled.

When it was first released, the series was one of the most popular on the streaming site. She has ardent supporters in a number of nations, including Brazil. The debut of the second season of "Outer Banks" ranked first among the most-watched shows in the country.

The renewal was expected to be announced at the virtual TUDUM event on September 25th, as expected by the public. However, there was no mention of the series.
