Forza Horizon 5 Police Lights: How to add them?

Before looking for the Police Lights under the Upgrades and Tuning Option, keep in mind that you can only use the Police Lights if you own a Police Car, which is the same model as the one used by the cops. Take the 2011 Bugatti Veyron Super Sport, for example.

Go to your residence and pick Upgrades and Tuning Option from the Garage once you've obtained the police car. Go to Custom Upgrades > Select Aero & Appearance > Side Skirts from the drop-down menu.
