Forza Horizon 5: Jeep glitch fixed

Playground Games has addressed a Forza Horizon 5 issue that allowed players to buy and sell jeeps for a limitless amount of money. Forza Horizon 5 users were taking advantage of an exploit using Willy's jeep, which allowed them to repeat a basic operation while pocketing the cash. The exploit was eliminated in Forza Horizon 5 with a hotfix issued on November 17, 2021, thus players may no longer repeat the technique for endless cash.

Those that profited from the exploit while it was active will be able to keep their ill-gotten riches, as the developers can only repair the issue, not the money obtained from it. As a result, people who made millions of dollars by improving and selling Willy's jeeps can relax. You won't be able to utilize the method again, though.

How the Forza Horizon 5 exploit worked

Willy's Jeep would cost 40,000 credits to purchase, fully improve, and then obtain the Super Wheelspin award. This allowed users to earn rewards again and over again, such as over a million credits or cars worth a lot of money.

After fully improving their vehicle, players are assured an incredible gift. After that, these gamers would simply sell the vehicle to another player, recouping the skill points they spent on it and allowing them to use them again.

This trick no longer works since the patch, as players can no longer retrieve their points after getting rid of their jeep, nor can they obtain numerous Super Wheelspins using this approach. It was only a matter of time before the devs patched this hack out of Forza Horizon 5, but many gamers will have already won millions of credits as a result of it.
