Genshin Impact Eula build guide

Are you working on a Genshin Impact Eula for version 2.3? This Knights of Favonius recon unit Cryo commander favors two things: swearing vengeance against strangers and hitting adversaries with her claymore. Eula is still Genshin's most powerful physical damage dealer, capable of dishing out devastating DPS if built correctly.

Many branded her a "skippable" character when she initially emerged in June of this year, but she's back with a fury in Genshin Impact 2.3, and players have seen what she's capable of. Eula is without a doubt one of the best Genshin Impact characters, an S-tier damage dealer who follows the Diluc playstyle.

So, if you'd rather swing a claymore than fiddle with bows and catalysts, the Spindrift Knight would be a good fit for your group. This Genshin Impact Eula build guide contains everything you need to maximize her physical damage potential.

The best Genshin Impact Eula build

Eula is a DPS fighter whose main strengths are her burst damage and physical damage potential. This build should assist you in getting the most out of both:

Physical DPS

Weapon: Song of Broken Pines

Eula's five-star claymore makes a comeback in version 2.3's first Epitome Invocation banner, and it's still one of her greatest weapons. To begin with, Song of Broken Pines is one of the few claymores that provides a physical damage benefit as well as a 16 percent increase in attack.

You receive a Sigil of Whispers when you whack an opponent with a normal or charged strike. You may stack up to four of these, and if you earn the fourth, you'll get a 12 percent attack speed boost and a 20% attack increase for 12 seconds. The Skyrider Greatsword is an excellent three-star alternative if you don't have any good four or five-star weapons, as it also provides a Physical damage bonus.

Artifact: (2) Pale Flame (2) Bloodstained Chivalry

This artifact configuration is simply because both of these artifacts have the same impact. Unlike the majority of artifact sets that increase elemental damage, there are two distinct sets that increase physical output. Eula's physical damage will be increased by 50% when two pieces of Pale Flame and two pieces of Bloodstained Chivalry are combined, allowing her to do some serious damage.

How to get Eula in Genshin Impact

On November 24, Eula will return as part of the new five-star repeat banner in Genshin Impact 2.3. She'll appear alongside Albedo, an alchemist, and both of these banners will contain the same three four-star characters: Noelle, Bennett, and Rosaria, according to sources. Given that the upcoming Shadows Amidst Snowstorms event features a number of Mondstadt characters, this is likely to be the case.

Eula's abilities

Here are Eula's abilities, passives, and Constellations:

Normal attacks: Favonius Bladework – Edel
Normal attack:Eula performs up to five consecutive sword strikes.
Charged attack:Eula uses stamina to perform multiple continuous strikes, ending with a powerful slash attack.
Plunging attack:Strikes the ground from mid-air, damaging enemies in Eula’s path and dealing AoE damage to nearby foes.
Elemental Skill: Icetide Vortex
Press Elemental Skill button:Eula deals a swift Cryo slash, gaining a Grimheart when the hit connects. Eula can stack two Grimhearts and can only obtain them once every 0.3 seconds. Holding Grimhearts boosts Eula’s defense and resistance to interruptions.
Hold Elemental Skill button:Eula delivers a forward Cryo slash against nearby foes. The attack converts each Grimheart to an Icewhirl Brand that deals AoE Cryo damage and reduces enemy physical and Cryo resistance. Multiple Icewhirl Brands increase the effect duration, but will not stack.
Elemental Burst
Glacial IlluminationEula deals Cryo damage to nearby enemies and summons a Light Sword that follows her for a set time. Any damage Eula deals from physical or Elemental attacks charges the Light Sword once every 0.1 seconds. After the timer runs out, the Light Sword explodes and deals physical damage to nearby enemies based on the number of energy stacks it received. The explosion happens immediately if Eula’s HP reaches zero or she’s switched out.
Passives
Aristocratic Introspection:10% chance Eula will receive double from crafting character talent materials.
Roiling Rime:Consuming two Grimheart stacks during Icetide Vortex creates a Light Sword that immediately explodes and deals half the damage of a normal Light Sword.
Wellspring of War Lust:Landing critical hits reduce Icetide Vortex’s cooldown time by 0.3 seconds. This can occur once every 0.1 seconds.

Eula Ascension materials

Character

Eula employs a variety of Ascension character components. Shivada Jade from Cryo Regisvine will be required, as it is for most Cryo users. Eula, on the other hand, requires Crystalline Bloom, therefore combating the Cryo Hypostasis in Dragonspine is a preferable option. You'll also need two other planet elements to climb her:
  • Dandelion Seeds
  • Hilichurl Masks
Dandelion Seeds can be obtained by using Anemo on dandelions within Mondstadt's city limits. The official miHoYo interactive map can pinpoint their exact location. Regular Hilichurl foes drop items from the Mask series.

Talent

You'll need four particular ascension ingredients to level Eula's abilities:
  • Teachings of Resistance
  • Hilichurl Masks
  • Dragon Lord’s Crown
  • Crown of Insight
On Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, you can get items from the Teachings of Resistance series in the Forsaken Rift Domain. You'll also need extra Mask items, which you may get from Hilichurls.

The Dragon Lord's Crown is also required, which may be obtained as a reward for completing the level 70+ Azhdaha challenge in the trounce domain or manufactured with a Bloodjade Branch and Dream Solvent. Seasonal events including leveling the Frostbearing Tree in Dragonspine or the Sacred Sakura in Inazuma provide the Crown of Insight.
