How to earn Pods in Among Us

With the introduction of the Among Us Roles and Cosmicube update comes a slew of new content, including various new currencies for buying cosmetics and other goods. You could be forgiven for feeling a little overwhelmed with terms like Stars, Beans, and Cosmicubes to learn. And what exactly are Pods, anyway?

In the latest Among Us update, Pods and Beans have a lot in common. Both can be obtained simply by playing the game; however, in order to obtain Pods, you must have a Cosmicube enabled. Increasing your player level by gaining XP can also help since it will provide you multiplier bonuses for the Beans and Pods you acquire.

Depending on the Cosmicube you've awakened, you'll need to collect different types of Pods, and they can't be transferred between them. You can start unlocking the branching pathways of your Cosmicube of choice once you've collected a few of them, enjoying the rewards of new cosmetic stuff for your little space guys.

Pods are the only method to unlock a Cosmicube's contents, so make sure you have one before you start a new game. You'll be dressing your avatar in stylish hats and scary visors in no time, whether you're playing as a determined teammate or a deceitful imposter.
