Dr Disrespect, a Call of Duty influencer, hasn't held back when it comes to his thoughts on the series' newest installment, Vanguard. Raven Software and Sledgehammer Games chose to abandon the iconic Warzone map Verdansk in favor of a brand-new setting based on what would have been a Pacific island in the 1940s.

This was done to acknowledge the release of Vanguard last month, which earned a lot of negative feedback on Metacritic. With this in mind, some of the most popular gaming influencers on social media have expressed their thoughts on the subject. As a result, Dr Disrespect, a Twitch streamer, had his say on his initial impressions of the all-new Caldera terrain.

With Warzone finally leaving Verdansk and arriving in Caldera, many players from all over the world have had the chance to try out the new terrain, as well as the new World War 2 theme. Dr. Disrespect, on the other hand, was not impressed in the least, and he did not sugarcoat his opinions on Twitter in any way as he provided a brief but candid appraisal.

Many of the comments in response to Dr Disrespect's statements agreed with him, with some even displaying some humorous in-game screenshots of various faults and rendering failures. Some even suggested in the comments that instead of publishing a new game every year, the makers should release a new title every two to four years. This is something Raven and Sledgehammer should keep in mind in the future.
