Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker's Pandaemonium raid

Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker, Square Enix's popular MMORPG's latest expansion, has recently received a major update in the form of patch 6.01. This update includes many bug patches to prevent log-in issues, new minions, orchestration scrolls, triple triad cards, and, most notably, the first part of Endwalker's eight-man raid series, Pandaemonium, according to FFXIV's official website Lodestone.

Endwalker's first major post-game activity, Pandaemonium, sees the player researching a macabre asylum full of monsters who could represent a threat to the world if they escape. This raid contains difficult boss encounters, and those who succeed will be rewarded with great weapons and loot.

In addition to a new raid, subscribers will receive 14 extra days of playing time in this release. This is Square Enix's technique of assisting gamers in dealing with the traffic troubles that have plagued Endwalker since its release.

In addition to the Pandaemonium raid, Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker is running a Christmas event dubbed Starlight Celebration until December 31 at 6:59 a.m. PST, where players can obtain holiday-themed stuff. In terms of upcoming content, on January 1, 2022, there will be an in-game New Year's Day event dubbed Heavensturn. The game will also receive the 6.05 update on January 4, which includes the harsher Savage-tier version of the Pandaemonium raid, the Excitatron 6000 treasure dungeon, and more.

Square Enix has been working hard to ensure that players can take part in the most important chapter of Final Fantasy XIV, even suspending purchases of the game until this patch was released to assist reduce the server troubles. Given that Final Fantasy XIV is one of the best multiplayer games on PC and is now the most profitable title in the Final Fantasy series, it's easy to see why Square Enix would go to such measures. Will the bug fixes in this patch help to alleviate the game's congestion concerns and attract more players? Only time will tell if this is true.
