Fortnite Chapter 3 Winterfest 2021: How to travel while having icy feet

The holidays have arrived, which means Fortnite's annual Winterfest in-game event has begun. There are a number of challenges and objectives to perform throughout the event, including one that requires you to travel with cold feet, like in previous years. In Winterfest 2021, here's how to accomplish it.

On December 19, you'll be able to start this quest, which will require you to go 200 meters while wearing icy shoes. Icy Feet is a status effect that, as the name implies, encases your character's feet in ice, forcing them to slip and slide around as they move.

There are several methods for obtaining chilly feet. You could use the Icy Grappler, be blasted by the Chiller Grenade, or destroy a Sneaky Snowman with the Chiller Grenade. After gaining the status effect from each of these activities, you should be able to start hoofing it to meet the quest's 200-meter requirement. We recommend using the Icy Grappler, which is a weapon meant to increase your mobility and should help you finish the mission quickly. It's also a good idea to use Chiller Grenades, which come in three-packs, on oneself before moving.
