How to get the Frozen Peely outfit during Winterfest 2021 in Fortnite?

During the holiday-themed event Winterfest 2021, the Polar Peely outfit, also known as the Frozen Peely in Fortnite, became a huge discussion topic in the game's massive community. Fans were ecstatic to see the developer include a new form of the famous character as a free reward in the event, and it was billed as one of Winterfest 2021's highlights.
