Genshin Impact 2.4 Livestream: Redeem codes, Xiao rerun, and Shenhe release date announcement expected

The Genshin Impact 2.4 update is approaching, but players are more thrilled about the Livestream that will take happening today. The Special Program will, as usual, cover all upcoming content, such as characters, events, reruns, and more. In addition, gamers can expect to receive three codes for free primogems.

Genshin Impact 2.4 Livestream to announce Shenhe release date and Xiao/Ganyu rerun date

The major features of any Genshin Impact update are always new characters and rerun banners, and the next 2.4 patches will be no exception. MiHoYo had already revealed Shenhe and Yun Jin prior to the 2.3 updates. Shenhe is a five-star Cryo Polearm character, whereas Yun Jin is a four-star Geo support character, according to leaks and renowned content developers.

Players can expect two simultaneous rerun banners this time, in addition to the new Polearm characters. This time, rumors claim that Xiao and Ganyu will return together. However, some fans and leakers have speculated that Xiao, Shenhe, and Yun Jin will be included in the 2.4 update's first wave. In the second phase, there will be dual re-run banners for Ganyu and Zhongli.

However, because banners are constantly subject to change, there's no way to confirm the rerun banners and their release dates in Genshin Impact just yet. The 2.4 live broadcasts should reveal which characters are returning and when they will be released.

Redeem codes in Genshin Impact 2.4 live stream

When players participate in live events and Special Programs, Genshin Impact does not provide any opportunities to reward them. The forthcoming 2.4 live streams will drop three Redeem codes, just like every other live stream before it.

Players will receive 100 Primogems for each redeem code, for a total of 300 free Primogems after viewing the stream. Apart from the aforementioned announcements, the Genshin Impact 2.4 live stream should also include information about the Enkanomiya region, new world bosses, and events, among other things.
