Genshin Impact 2.4 leaks: New Dendro elemental reactions and Pyro Abyss Lector gameplay

Dendro's reactions, as well as a new Abyssal adversary, have been revealed through leaks from the Genshin Impact 2.4 beta. So yet, the Dendro aspect has had limited engagement with Genshin Impact players. Dendro has been absent from the game, with the exception of a few Slimes and Samachurls.

In version 2.4, however, two new elemental reactions were discovered, which were most likely inspired by Dendro. A new Abyss Lector may also present a decent challenge as players understand these new reflexes in the upcoming update.

Genshin Impact leakers reveal Dendro reactions in version 2.4

There are no Dendro characters in Genshin Impact right now, and none are expected in version 2.4. Despite this, Dendro's reactions to other factors may be introduced in the upcoming version.

Overgrow and Overdose will be two Dendro-based reactions starting in Genshin Impact 2.4, according to sources. Burning is already caused by Dendro and Pyro, therefore players must choose amongst the other elements that generate these effects.

Because plants "grow" with water, many players believe Dendro and Hydro will cause the Overgrow reaction. Meanwhile, when Cryo or Electro is mixed with Dendro, Overdose is likely to occur.

In every reaction so far, Geo and Anemo have created Crystallize and Swirl, respectively. However, Genshin Impact could do something different, as there's no way of knowing whether these ingredients will react differently with Dendro.

Before the 2.4 version, there may be more disclosures about Dendro's responses. During the Genshin Impact version 2.4 Livestream, players may expect to learn more about Dendro.

Abyss Lector: Fathomless Flames leaked gameplay in Genshin Impact

The Pyro Abyss Lector, like its present brother adversary, Abyss Lector: Violet Lightning, will be a stationary antagonist in Genshin Impact. It will also use mage-like attacks, such as fireball missiles and ground-spawned flames.

Some of the Pyro Abyss Lector's strikes will inflict the abyssal flame's brand on characters. After a short time, this brand will burst, causing significant damage to the entire party.

The Pyro Abyss Lector will generate a Pyro shield after taking enough damage. Breaking the enemy's shield is how Genshin Impact players defeat the enemy, which may be considerably easier with characters like Kokomi or Mona. The new Pyro Abyss Lector is set to debut in the Spiral Abyss' last floors. To obtain the most stars, endgame players will need to know how to deal with the opponent.

On January 5, 2021, Genshin Impact 2.4 will be launched. Players may witness this new Abyss enemy alongside the impending Dendro reactions after roughly a month.
