Hard Rock Casino in Rockford to host New Year’s Eve disco party

If you're still looking for something to do on New Year's Eve, the Hard Rock Rockford Casino is hosting a Friday fever disco party. Customers are encouraged to wear their platform shoes and bell-bottom slacks to the event for a funky good time.  

There will be hot seat specials for loyalty cardholders from 6:00 p.m. to 2 a.m. That means you win if anyone in your machine bank wins. To keep everyone safe, Hard Rock Rockford President Geno Iafrate said casino workers will enforce COVID-19 mitigations.

“For New Years, we absolutely are expecting increased traffic, I mean New Years, regardless of what day of the week it falls on is always a fun time at a casino and this is a brand new casino and New Year’s Eve is on a Friday, so you add that all up I think New Year’s Eve is gonna be well received,” Iafrate says.
