To enable aim help in Fortnite, go to the game's settings menu and turn it on. To discover aim help under settings, open the sidebar, then click the icon that resembles a menu overlaying a cog, then Settings from the menu. Go down to the Sensitivity area of the Controller Options tab, which is identified with an icon of a game controller overlapping a cog.

Select Use Advanced Options from the drop-down menu and toggle it on. Set Aim Assist Strength to 100 percent under Advanced – Sensitivity. If it's already at 100 percent, you've got aim assist, and there's no way to make it stronger. If you wish to turn it off, simply change the percentage value to 0%.

Aim help move your crosshair towards adjacent foes to a degree, allowing you to avoid manually aiming. If it doesn't feel as powerful as it once did, it's because Epic Games weakened it while using certain weapons in specific scenarios, especially when utilizing automatic guns in close quarters.

Aim assist is still in Fortnite; it's just been adjusted to improve the game's balance. It's a question of opinion whether the changes have improved things or not.
