How to see YouTube dislike count
The first step is to open a new tab in Google Chrome. The Chrome Web Store will allow you to install a variety of plug-ins in Google's browser. A plug-in dubbed 'Return YouTube Dislike' was released almost as soon as the dislike count was removed. This plug-in essentially restores the previous YouTube hate functionality.

The plug-in will display in the top right corner of Chrome's plug-in list, where you can remove it at any moment.
