Chris Brown Sued for Allegedly Drugging and Raping Woman

According to a new $20 million lawsuit, Chris Brown reportedly raped a lady on a yacht moored at Diddy's Star Island mansion. Jane Doe, a professional choreographer, dancer, model, and musical artist, issued the singer, alleging that Chris went from being friendly to rapping her in a matter of minutes.

According to the lawsuit, Chris seized the phone of a friend she was FaceTiming and told her to come to Diddy's mansion on Miami's Star Island as soon as possible.

The woman claims that when she arrived on Dec. 30, 2020, Chris approached her and asked if she wanted a drink, motioning her to the yacht's kitchen area.

According to the documents, she claims she entered the kitchen with Chris, who handed her a red cap with a mixed drink and began conversing with her. She alleges she began to experience "an abrupt, unexplainable change in consciousness" when he filled her cup a second time.

The woman claims she was also "disoriented, physically unbalanced, and began to slip in and out of sleep" when Chris took her into a bedroom while she was "drugged" and "half-asleep," according to the lawsuit.

According to the documents, Chris barred her from leaving the bedroom, removed her bikini bottoms, and began kissing her. She claims she murmured for Chris to stop rapping her, but he persisted.

Chris allegedly ejaculated inside her, jumped up, and declared he was "done," according to the lady.

Chris, she claims, texted her the next day and insisted that she switch to Plan B. Despite her distress, she claims to have done exactly that. She's suing Chris for $20 million, saying that the alleged rape has caused her great emotional suffering.

Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck, the woman's attorneys, tell us that their client did not report the alleged rape to officers at the time because she was a medical student and embarrassed.

Mitchell and Vrabeck further state that they are "dedicated to ensuring that victims' voices are heard" and that "anyone with information should contact them."
