The Venti banner repeat has yet to receive an official release date from MiHoYo. SaveYourPrimos, on the other hand, predicts that the 5-star Anemo unit will soon return to Genshin Impact. In fact, they anticipate the Venti banner would be rerun in 2.5 or 2.6, which would be his one-year anniversary.

The 2.5 patches for Genshin Impact are expected to be released in February, along with the release of Yae Miko. While this is all supposition at this point, miHoYo is starting to produce double banner replays, so it's not unheard of.
