Pokémon Legends Arceus: How to restore Pokémon and character health
Pokémon is your main line of defense and offense in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, so you'll want to make sure they're well looked for. With your playable character having a health meter that may be reduced by assaulting wild Pokémon, there is a new element of care you must pay attention to. In Pokémon Legends: Arceus, here's how to get your Pokémon and protagonist back to full health.
Pokémon
You can heal Pokémon with things you manufacture in the village or locate in the world, just as in the other games in the series. Oran Berries, for example, restore 20 health, whereas Super Potions restore 100. You can use goods while walking about the world or during your turn in a battle.
Pokémon Centers have yet to be created in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, so there is no hospital where you may take them to be treated. Sleeping, on the other hand, will restore their health. They will be fully healed if they go to a settlement or base camp and sleep in a bed for any amount of time.
Protagonist
In Pokémon Legends: Arceus, all you have to do is sleep in a bed to heal your protagonist. Because there are no items that will heal your character, trekking to the nearest base camp or hamlet will be your best option for avoiding blacking out.
While you won't be able to see your protagonist's health bar, you should keep an eye on the screen's borders. If everything appears to be normal, you are healthy; a black border indicates that you have sustained some harm, and a red border suggests that you are on the verge of passing out and need to find a bed as soon as possible.
