Pokémon Legends Arceus: Where to catch Piplup

In Pokémon Legends: Arceus, you'll uncover dozens of Pokémon to explore and learn about. You'll be able to study a new Pokémon and receive additional research points in the field every time you catch one. Additionally, the game contains a number of Pokémon that you may have seen before, such as Piplup. We'll go over where you can find Piplup in Pokémon Legends: Arceus in this guide.

Piplup can only be found in one place in Hisui. It may be found in the Spring Path section of Cobalt Coastlands, where it spawns. We drove north of the region and we upon Piplup walking around. It's possible you'll have to scour a large portion of this territory to find it, but it should be here. Because this is the only known site where Piplup occurs in Pokémon Legends, make sure to search the entire region for it.

You can evolve Piplup into a Prinplup and Empoleon after catching and catching it. Piplup does not have a Hisuian form, so don't hold your breath for any surprises from this Pokémon. Despite the fact that you won't be able to start with Piplup at your party, you can add it to your roster and bring it along on your Pokémon Legends journey through the Hisui area.
