Yung Bleu Arrested After Allegedly Getting in Shootout With Robber

After allegedly shooting at persons who attempted to rob him and his crew outside of a restaurant, Yung Bleu was arrested in Los Angeles on a felony firearms charge. The incident occurred near the Bossa Nova restaurant on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles on Friday (Jan. 21). According to The Shade Room's exclusive reporting, the Alabama crooner and his entourage were waiting for their food when they noticed someone being robbed at gunpoint nearby.

The suspect then approached Bleu and his team. They were reportedly expecting to be robbed next, which is why Bleu and his brother allegedly fired firearms with the thief during the unsuccessful robbery attempt. Bleu was unable to take anything from the person. However, a member of the artist's team was grazed by gunfire, according to the article.

Bleu and his squad allegedly fled the site following the incident, but later returned to get their vehicle. Bleu and his brother were apprehended by police when they returned. Surveillance cameras on the scene only recorded Bleu and his brother with guns, not the first confrontation, according to the report. The suspected perpetrator fled the scene without being captured.

Bleu was accused of firing a pistol and placed into the Los Angeles Police Department's Hollywood jail before paying a $35,000 bond and getting out a few hours later, according to sources. His next court appearance is set for May 27.
