Zynga (ZYNG) – The online game developer's stock rocketed 48.2 percent in premarket trading after it agreed to be purchased for $9.86 per share in cash and stock by video game maker Take-Two Interactive (TTWO). This would imply a total deal value of $12.7 billion. Take-stock Two's dropped 8.9%.

Lululemon Athletica (LULU) – The athletic clothing company now expects fourth-quarter earnings and revenue to be at the low end of its previously forecasted ranges. It indicated that the Covid-19 Omicron form was causing a slew of negative consequences for it. Lululemon's stock dropped 6.5 percent in premarket trading.

Apria (APR) — The home health care services business has agreed to be bought by Owens & MinorOMI, a healthcare equipment, and services company, for $1.45 billion in cash. That works out to $37.50 per share. Apria's stock soared 24.5 percent in premarket dealings on Friday night, closing at $29.72 per share. Owens & Minor's stock has dropped 9.1%.

Tilray (TLRY) - After posting an unexpected quarterly profit, Tilray rose 3.6 percent in premarket trade. The increased demand and sales of cannabis products resulted in a 20 percent rise in revenue over the previous year. Revenues, on the other hand, were lower than planned.

Beam Therapeutics (BEAM) — Beam Therapeutics stock gained 5.3 percent in premarket trading after the company announced a new relationship with Pfizer (PFE). Pfizer and Beam, a gene-editing company, will work together to find medicines for uncommon genetic illnesses.

ViacomCBS (VIAC) – ViacomCBS jumped 3.2 percent in premarket trading after Deutsche Bank upgraded the media company's shares to "buy" from "hold," citing strong streaming prospects and the possibility of continued industry consolidation.

Sinclair Broadcast Group (SBGI) — According to a Bloomberg story citing people familiar with the situation, Sinclair is close to sealing a contract to offer NBA games on its planned new streaming service. It's likely that an agreement will be reached as soon as next week. During premarket trading, Sinclair climbed 1.4 percent.

SolarEdge Technologies (SEDG) — Goldman Sachs has added SolarEdge to its "Conviction Buy" list, raising its price target for the solar technology business from $420 to $448 per share. Goldman emphasizes the company's ability to boost profit margins and improve battery storage. In premarket trading, SolarEdge rose 2.4 percent.

Shockwave Medical (SWAV) – Penumbra is reportedly considering a merger with a competitor medical device firm, according to Bloomberg. Penumbra, on the other hand, emailed Bloomberg to state that it is not in talks with Shockwave regarding a merger. Shockwave increased by 6% in premarket trading.

Dell Technologies (DELL) – Bernstein upgraded Dell Technologies (DELL) from "market perform" to "outperform," citing Dell's approximately six-week backlog in its PC business and a relatively high mix of commercial versus consumer business. Dell recorded a 2.4 percent boost in premarket trading.
