Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1: Release date for Butter Cake

Fortnite users are anticipating a massive update, and data miners are slowly revealing all of the new content that may become. Some important new content will be added to the Chapter 3 Season 1 map as part of the mid-season update. Butter Cake, the cutest dinosaur ever, is coming to Fortnite in the same update as the Titled Towers POI, according to popular Fortnite leaker Hypex.  

Since Butter Cake was first introduced in a Boba Fet teaser, players have been clamoring for more information on the dinosaur. The release date for Butter Cake and more has been disclosed, and players will be able to interact with the reptile in Chapter 3 Season 1 in only a few days.

The snow on the Fortnite Chapter 3 map is starting to melt, so it's changing swiftly. With the melting of the snow, a slew of new POIs has surfaced that had been buried beneath the ice for far too long. Tilted Towers is one such POI that will become visible once the map's snow has melted.

The whole thing is happening in stages, and Fortnite leaker Hypex knows when Tilted Towers will be exposed. According to the leaks, the game will receive a major update on January 18, 2022, which will include the introduction of Butter Cake to the Fortnite island.

Butter Cake isn't the only dinosaur to make an appearance in Fortnite. The Raptors had previously visited, but they were neither cute nor welcoming. Butter Cake may be hostile as well, and it's unclear whether players will be able to tame the reptile.

Butter Cake could possibly be territorial and only available in a single POI, which will be revealed after the game's major January 18 update is released.
