Monster Hunter Rise: How to Use Wirebug

Among the many tools available in Monster Hunter Rise, the Wirebug is without a question the most important. With it, players may not only move in style but also visit new places and conduct new, devastating assaults. With that stated, we'll show you how to use the Wirebug in Monster Hunter Rise for PC, so you can take advantage of all of its features in battle.

How to Use the Wirebug in Monster Hunter Rise

As previously said, Monster Hunter Rise's Wirebug allows you to travel as well as combat in unique ways. On PC, you can employ the Wirebug dashes, or Wiredashes, by pressing L2/LT +/Y or O/B, which allows you to dash upward and forward. You only need to hold L2/LB + R2/RT to rush towards a certain target. You can also use the Wirefall move to recover from an attack by pressing L2/LT + X/A after being knocked down, and you can run through barriers by pressing L2/LT + R2/RT and aiming at a wall.  

While in the air, players can also stay in midair by pressing O/B. After then, simply press X/A after picking your favorite dash direction. You can also employ the Wirebug Silkbind Attack of your weapon by tapping different buttons depending on whatever weapon you're using.

You can play the PC version of the game using either a gamepad or both a keyboard and a mouse. With that in mind, here's how to use the Wirebug with a mouse and keyboard.

• Silkbind Attacks: Middle + Left/Right Click (Melee weapon) Shift + Muse Button 4/5 (Ranged weapon).
• Wiredash Forward: Middle + Right Click (Ground) Middle + Left Click (In the air).
• Wiredash Upward: Middle + Left Click (Ground) Middle + Right Click (In the air)
• Wiredash to a target: Middle button + Mouse button 4.
• Midair Stop: Right Click while on the Air.
