Destiny 2: How to complete Report Altar-Reflect

Even after you've beaten Savathûn and stopped her intentions, the Evidence Board in Destiny 2 still needs some work. In the mission Report: Altar-Reflect, you'll need to go to the Temple of the Wrathful's Altar of Reflection to find out what you might have missed and look for more clues. In this guide, we'll show you how to complete Report: Altar-Reflect in Destiny 2 and walk you through each step.

How to complete Report: Altar-Reflect

1st step

Accepting the quest will complete the first phase, and you'll then need to travel to the Throne World proper to begin the next one.

2nd Step

You must get to the Reflection Altar. It's in the Quagmire region, which isn't the same as the Altar you've been visiting during the Witch Queen campaign. It's in the lowest levels of the Quagmire, near the middle.

When you reach the depths of this place, you'll come across a Deepsight site with which you must engage. While the region has just modest alterations, you'll notice a striking green light outline on the walls. You must align it here so that it forms the Witch Queen insignia.

After you line it up, the Mirror will appear, and you will be able to walk through it. You'll have to solve a puzzle presented by Savathûn when you arrive at the pool. We needed to finish the Puzzle: Cursed Pools, which required us to stand in a precise spot that corresponded to the symbols in the middle.

Another Puzzle: Rune Patterns may be required, in which you must aim at the unique rune symbol that appears. You'll have to fight with waves of Hive in the following area after you finish the puzzle. They'll be identical to the other Altar of Reflection challenges, with the main Hive monster, a Light boss, and a slew of minor foes to contend with.

3rd step

After you've reached the end of the tunnel, you'll have to play through a memory that will reveal even more information about The Engima Glaive, and then you'll have to report back to the Evidence Board to discuss what you've discovered.

4th step

You can study the evidence you obtained during the quest after logging the report, and then complete the mission.
