Destiny 2 The Witch Queen: How to unlock the Axion Bolt

In Destiny 2's The Witch Queen expansion, you'll be able to acquire many Void abilities as part of the game's Void 3.0 upgrade. Although, when you first start the game, you will not have access to these grenade customizations.

Instead, you'll have to work for them, but you'll be able to get them well before the end of The Witch Queen campaign. We'll show you how to get the Axion Bolt grenade in Destiny 2's The Witch Queen in this article.

The first thing you must do is complete The Witch Queen's first quest. You can travel to the Tower once you've completed it and arrived in the Enclave. You'll find it on the Destinations tab, where you'll then need to find Ikora. She'll be in the Bazaar in her normal spot.

Speak with Ikora when you get to this area, and she will be able to enhance all of your Void abilities. For your Void powers, you'll want to select the option to view your grenade abilities, and you can use 3,000 Glimmer to unlock any of the locked options.

When you've unlocked the grenade ability you want to use, the last thing you need to do before using it meditates at the gadget to Ikora's right. The ability will unlock once you meditate, and you can utilize it in your Guardian's Void Subclass menu.
