Dying Light 2: How to invite friends to play co-op

You may play Dying Light 2 Stay Human with your friends and work together to complete the game. The swarms of infected you'll face will still be difficult to overcome, but having a small group of pals protecting your back can help. While there are no cross-platform or cross-play options in the game, you can still invite friends who are playing on the same platform as you. You'll want to access your main game menu and scroll down to the Online Menu. This will add your character to the game, as well as additional spots for any friends you want to include. Make sure the Online Options are set to Public, Private, or Friends Only before continuing. Anyone can join your game if it is set to Public. If it's set to Friends Only or Private, though, you'll only be able to invite others who wish to play Dying Light 2 with you.

The slots will show to the right of your character, depending on how you set up your game, and you can freely send out invites. Before you send out these requests, make sure you go to the Online Menu and set the game to Public, Private, or Friends Only. Then, on the lower right, you can add friends by adding them directly and sending them a request to join the game.
