Elden Ring: Where to find Strip of White Flesh and what it does

The Strip of White Flesh is one of the more unusual elements found in Elden Ring. Its only in-game explanation mentions that it is used to toughen the constitution and boost resistance. Although this could represent a variety of things, the item is crucial in overcoming some of the game's toughest bosses. White flesh, on the other hand, is hard to come by unless you look in the right places.

Bloodless creatures such as huge crabs and octopuses can be used to find a Strip of White Flesh. Both of these fees may be found on practically all of Limgrave's coastal beaches, but they also spawn in enormous numbers east of the Church of Elleh at Lake Agheel. For individuals who don't want to fight, some of the beaches have undead troops carrying this substance on their bodies.

In order to make Invigorating White Cured Meat, you'll need at least one Strip of White Flesh. The item is a consumable that allows you to withstand the paralyzing effects of bleeding and frostbite, both of which are status effects utilized by a few bosses in The Lands Between.
