Genshin Impact 2.3 leaks: Eula and Albedo banner rerun revealed

The webcast for Genshin Impact 2.3 will start in a few hours, and reputable leakers have already disclosed that two re-run banners will be included in the upcoming version. Players will be able to wish for Eula in a separate re-run banner alongside Albedo. The two re-run banners, on the other hand, are based on new mechanics that are discussed further down.

Eula and Albedo will return in Genshin Impact 2.3 re-run banners

With the 2.3 patches, Genshin Impact will feature a new style of banner for re-run characters. A new character event wish-2 banner will be introduced in addition to the obvious character event wish. One re-run banner will show Albedo, while the other will have Eula in version 2.3.

The wish-2 character event banner will only be available for reruns, hinting that it will showcase old characters. These banners will be released on a regular basis and will be announced ahead of time. Character event wish and character event wish-2 banners, on the other hand, will share pities and wish counts.

Here are some examples that can help users understand the system:

• If players spend 60 rolls on the character event wish banner but do not receive a five-star character, they will receive a five-star character from the character event wish-2 banner in the following 40 pulls.
• The character event wishes banner grants players a non-rate up five-star character (Ex. Jean, Diluc, Keqing, Qiqi, etc.). If they then roll on the wish-2 banner for the character event, their next 5-star will almost certainly be a rate-up character.
• Players do not receive a four-star after spending six rolls on the character event wish banner. If they draw the wish-2 banner for the character event, it will drop a guaranteed 4-star in the next four pulls.
• The pity and wish counts will be carried over to subsequent event wish and re-run banners once the banner has been removed.

As a result, in the first half of the 2.3 release, two re-run banners featuring Albedo and Eula are scheduled. While players in the United States will be able to get their hands on the flag on November 23, those in Europe and Asia will have to wait until November 24.

Genshin Impact banners that will be released after Albedo and Eula

Itto and Gorou will appear in Genshin Impact on December 14th, following the re-runs. There's currently no word on whether a re-run (character event wish-2) banner will be released alongside Itto's. However, because of the new banner mechanics, it's possible that both Ganyu and Xiao's re-runs will be included in the 2.4 release for Genshin Impact.
