Wisdom

Wisdom will be the second-highest virtue after Charisma by the end of the main story quest chain. A great source of Wisdom can be found running across all of the key story quests. It boosts rapport by allowing you to choose what you want to say in a conversation. When you pay attention to an NPC's specific problem and offer the appropriate advice, you'll get a lot of Wisdom potions.
