Lost Ark: Tragedy Written in Stone Quest Guide

While traveling over the Rethramis Border, you may come across Tragedy Written in Stone, a Normal Roster quest. You may come across a Moss-Covered Log while exploring the area and completing major tasks, which will initiate the Tragedy Written in Stone quest. This guide will walk you through the Tragedy Written in Stone quest in Lost Ark in detail.

Tragedy Written in Stone Quest Guide in Lost Ark 

You must first locate the Moss-Covered Log while fighting Gravekeeper Ghosts to begin the mission. While you are not guaranteed to find the log, if you fight the ghosts repeatedly, they will most likely drop one. Go into your inventory and utilize the Moss-Covered Log to begin the quest once you've obtained it. The following are the various tasks you must perform in order to finish the quest:

• Read the Mossy Journal
• Talk to Gravekeeper Kendal
• Read the defaced epitaph on the coffin
• Defeat the Gravekeeper Ghosts around the statue (0/5)
• Put the Tormented Woman to rest
• Find Gravekeeper Kendal

You'll be encouraged to speak with Gravekeeper Kendal after reading the logbook with F5. On your minimap, a quest marker will emerge, pointing to the graveyard's bottom-right corner. He'll tell you about the woman that haunts the graveyard and assign you the responsibility of discovering her coffin, as specified in the journal.

In the top-right corner of the graveyard, the next quest marker will point to the woman's coffin and the vandalized epitaph. Follow the quest marker north from where you spoke with Kendal until you discover the two coffins on a stone platform. To advance to the next stage of the quest, interact with the casket.

You must now kill five Gravekeeper Ghosts for the next job. When you've defeated all of the Gravekeeper Ghosts, go to the last mission point and look for the Tormented Woman by the statue. She appears in the game as the Vengeful Spirit.
