Lost Ark: Where to find and kill Boss Rudric

The newly released free-to-play MMO Lost Ark features plenty of opponents to slaughter across Arkesia, and many of them have their own unique mechanics. World Bosses, which are elite enemies spawning in the overworld that adventurers can tackle together, are one enemy that players will come across.

Rudric is (or was) a high priest in the Holy Sacrian Empire who began experimenting in dark magics to his peril. The ghastly figure is now shambling around the Rethramis Border graveyard. Focus on the graveyard's south-western half; players will notice a large red circle centered on the World Boss, as well as an HP bar that appears at the top of the screen, indicating that he has spawned.

If you're having trouble finding Rudric, keep in mind that you may change your channel in Lost Ark by selecting it from the top-right drop-down menu. Rudric's respawn timer is 30 minutes and is localized for each instance; normally, region chat will advise players of which channel has an active World Boss spawn.

Killing Rudric is a different story: players will need to be well-prepared with potions and grenades, as well as a flare to summon help from others in the area. Rudric is a difficult opponent to defeat on your own, thus players should team up with others in the region to avoid wasting resources on the fight.

When Rudric is summoned, AoE classes should focus on the ads he summons, while single-target DPS should stay on Rudric (presuming there are others managing the litany of mobs that Rudric summons). Don't stand in the red zones, as is customary in MMOs, or you'll be attacked with an ability; Rudric has a vicious dread ability that he can combine with other skills, juggling a character to death if there isn't a dodge off-cooldown to utilize.

Players will receive a Rudric card, a chest, and a cornucopia of more goodies if they can burn down Rudric and rid the graveyard of his shambling form.
