Elden Ring: How to Get the Meteoric Ore Blade Early
As you travel across the realm of Elden Ring, you'll find yourself hunting for anything that can help you in your quest to become the greatest Elden Lord the land has ever seen. However, some equipment and weapons, such as the Meteoric Ore Blade, a very powerful Kitana that you can receive very early in the game, can make this process considerably easier.
Is this, however, the perfect weapon for you, or does the premise fail to live up to the hype? Let's delve in and see what type of stats you'll get with this blade to see if it's the ideal weapon for you to conquer the lands with, or if you should hold off until later.
Elden Ring – Meteoric Ore Blade Location and Stats
If you're a seasoned FromSoftware player, you might be able to complete this mission right away after walking into the world of Limgrave, although it's recommended that you level up a little first. You should visit the Dragon-Burnt Ruins, which are only a short distance away from the First Step Site of Grace. You'll need to scale the ruins' walls, which is a breeze using Torrent, and then make your way down the ruins' interior stairs. You'll want to engage with the back door in the room, opening it and revealing the chest inside.
Because this is a Transporter Trap, you'll be transported to the Sellia Crystal Tunnel in Caelid, which is also infamous for being an almost instant death sentence if you assault anything head-on. As a result, you'll just exit the building, turn left, and continue running, avoiding as many opponents as possible. They are far more powerful than you are at this stage, and can easily knock you out in a single strike.
You'll want to avoid the wooden bridges as you run, and if you die, there will be a fresh Site of Grace available as a respawn place. Continue forward on Torrent, turning right through the Swamp of Aeonia and into the Street of Sages Ruins, until you reach the Caelid Waypoint Ruins and enter the cave. Continue rushing to avoid the Skeleton Mage at the top of the stairs.
You'll need to sprint to the back of the cave room and activate a door, which will make you invulnerable for a few moments because you can't be injured while opening it. You'll find a Meteoric Ore Blade if you run or roll all the way to the back.
You may need to level up a little before you can fully use this blade, as it demands 15 Strength, 14 Dexterity, and 18 Intelligence to wield. You will, however, be dealing 112 Physical and 72 Magic Damage with a weapon that scales with Strength, Dexterity, and Intelligence. With this blade, you'll be able to tolerate a bit more building towards Blood Loss.
Is it really worth all of this effort? We believe so because the main focus is on discovering new sections of the globe; nevertheless, if you're not careful, you'll meet your doom more often than you'd like, so proceed with caution!
