Elden Ring: How to get the Crimsonspill Crystal Tear and Speckled Hardtear
When traveling across the Lands Between, tears are a must-have item. These ingredients are combined to give your Wondrous Flask of Physick its strength. The Crimsonspill Crystal Tear's ability is to temporarily boost your maximum health. This boost is the equivalent of an additional 10% maximum health for three minutes. The Speckled Tear boosts all of your resistances and repairs any status illnesses you may have. What a fantastic concoction. In Elden Ring, here's how to earn the Crimsonspill Crystal Tear and Speckled Hardtear.
You must travel to Altus Plateau in order to get these tears. Grab the two parts of the Dectus Medallion from Fort Haight and Fort Faroth to do this. You can take the Grand Lift of Dectus in Liurnia's northern part once you have both halves. You can also face the dungeons that connect Liurnia and the Altus Plateau if you don't feel for tracking down the medallion halves. We recommend that newer players use the elevator since it is safer.
Once you've arrived in the Altus Plateau, head to the forest in the center of the region. A Minor Erdtree can be found in the forest. While the majority of Minor Erdtrees are guarded by Erdtree Avatars, this one is guarded by Wormface, a boss. This scary creature has a lot of power and can cast Curse. Allowing the Curse bar to fill will instantly kill you. If you need assistance dealing with Wormface, a ranged spirit summon such as the Ancestral Follower can help you draw aggro away from yourself. When Wormface is defeated, you will receive two tears as a reward for your bravery.
