Elden Ring: Where to Get the Godslayer’s Greatsword

At the Divine Tower of Caelid, the Godslayer's Greatsword can be discovered in a chest behind the Godskin Apostle boss. If you're having problems getting into the tower, we have a guide to help you out. The tower itself is a great dungeon, with Redmane warriors and other really tough foes hidden deep within.

To enter this dungeon, take a left from the Divine Tower of Caelid: Center location of grace. Drop to the right and cautiously walk along the ledge to the right, then drop down to another platform that breaks after passing a few knights. Don't worry; the platform will fall with you and protect you from injury if you don't move. You'll come across a passage to the left that leads to an elevator, which you may take to get to a ladder and unlock a shortcut back to the start. A Blackflame Monk can be found past the ladder; gently dispatch him.

Another ledge, past the monk, must be carefully crossed to reach another platform. You can see where this is going, but if you jump down on it, it will break away and drop you an unbelievable distance, but if you stay still, you will not be hurt. You'll find an elevator that will take you to the tower's basement, where you'll find another Blackflame Monk and the boss. Assassinate the boss and gain the benefits.
