Elden Ring: Where to find Nomadic Warrior’s Cookbook 14 and what it unlocks
The Nomadic Warrior's Cookbook 3 is discovered on one of the corpses in northeast Limgrave's Smoldering Church by Elden Ring. Anastasia, Tarnished Eater, defends the Smoldering Church, who appears to be strong at first but is actually quite easy to defeat. You'll be free to scavenge the ruins in the Smoldering Church once you've killed her.
Poison Pot, Roped Poison Pot, and Poisonbone Dart are three crafting recipes unlocked by the Nomadic Warrior's Cookbook [14]. All three of these items are throwable poisonous items, and they all require Poisonbloom, which is dropped by Poison Flowers found near the Demi-Human Forest Ruins, Tombsward Cave, and the Waypoint Ruins.
The easiest to make is Poisonbone Darts, which simply require Poisonbloom and Thin Beast Bones (which can be found everywhere). A Poison Pot is effectively a poison grenade with a larger area of impact than a Poisonbone Dart. Poisonbloom and a Toxic Mushroom are required. Poison Skeletons (The Shaded Castle) and Servants of Rot can drop them (Stillwater Cave, Caelid Waypoint Ruins, Swamp of Aeonia).
The same materials of a Poison Pot plus String, which is occasionally dropped by Godrick Soldiers and Demi-Humans, are required for a Roped Poison Pot, which can be thrown further than a Poison Pot.
