Elden Ring: Where to find the Howl of Shabriri incantation

One of the new status effects that can be used to create a construct is madness. This status effect works in the same way that frost and bleed do. It has a bar that fills up over time, and when it does, it causes you to lose a lot of health. One of the few lunacy spells you can get your hands on is Shabribri's Howl. This spell forces your character to scream loudly, causing nearby enemies to become insane. In Elden Ring, you can locate the Howl of Shabribri incantation here.

You must first travel north to Liurnia to collect this spell. There are two ways to accomplish this. You have two options: either walk into Stormveil and defeat Godrick or go around it by following the cliffs to the east. Grace's Lake-Facing Cliff Site can be reached in either direction.

When you get at Liurnia, head north over the lake and pass Raya Lucaria Academy. You'll need to climb up onto the land where the bridge meets the land to the north. This location is easily accessible by ascending the hills that link to the lake to the west of where the bridge connects. Follow the cliffside up into the mountains once you've gotten onto the land.

After some time, you'll notice a tower with a tremendous crimson glow rising above it. The Frenzy-Flaming Tower is what it's called. Getting too near to this tower will send you insane. You will have to enter the tower. When the light is active, run-up to the tower and hide behind items. As you climb the ladders, you'll come across a chest containing the incantation.
