You must first acquire access to Ainsel River in order to obtain the charm. The well that leads down into this location is near the Church of Vows in Liurnia's eastern outskirts. Take the elevator down once you've arrived.

Take the ant-infested route out of the elevator at the bottom. Continue down the tunnels until you reach the room with the huge beast that fires pebbles at you. When you get to this area, turn left and continue the path to an ant-infested room. To find the charm laying on the heaps of corpses, defeat the ants. The entire area is infested with ants and claymen, so be cautious. If you rush through the area, you may become overwhelmed.
