Elden Ring: Where to find the Prince of Death’s Cyst

In the Lands Between, the Prince of Death doesn't appear very often. The Cyst and the Pustule are two items you can find that concern him. These two things boost your vitality stat. The vitality stat, in case you didn't know, boosts your resistance to immediate death. When dealing with basilisks, it is extremely useful. You must first travel to Deeproot Depths in order to receive this talisman. Unfortunately, defeating at least one difficult boss is harder said than done. By journeying to the capital city's sewers and battling Mohg, The Omen, you can enter the depths. To expose the path to the depths, follow the trail beyond his boss room to the bottom and hit the phantom wall. The third option is to vanquish the Valiant Gargoyles and ride the enchanted casket over the waterfall in Nokron.

Make your way to the Deeproot Depths Site of Grace once you've reached the depths. Go to the neighboring ruins once you've arrived. Avoid the fire-shooting gargoyles at all costs. To the east of where you enter the ruins, look for the waterfall you can go behind. A cave with a sleeping Runebear may be found behind the waterfall. Next to the Runebear is the talisman.
