Elden Ring: Where to get the Erudition gesture
Elden Ring contains a large number of gestures. These are usually entertaining methods to demonstrate your character reacting to anything while online or while exploring the Lands Between. However, some of them have considerable meaning and might lead to unusual locations. One of these is the Erudition gesture. We'll go through where you can earn the Erudition gesture in Elden Ring in this guide.
You'll have to collaborate with Thops, an NPC you'll meet in the game. Thops may be found at the Church of Irith, just outside Stormveil Castle, not far from the Lake-Facing Cliffs. You can talk to Thops here. The next step is to locate the Academy Glintstone Key and present it to him. You'll locate it after visiting the Academy of Raya Lucaria and attempting to open the door and discovering a map nearby. Unfortunately, your key will not be accepted by Thops. You'll have to look inside for the extra one.
The key can be found at the top of the Church of the Cuckoo. To get there, you must defeat the Red Wolf of Radagan and make your way to the academy's courtyard. From here, take a left and climb the broken wall to the second floor. Stay to the left and jump from the ledge's side.
Continue up the stairs, keeping to the left, and jump once more. You'll now be on the roofs of some buildings. When you reach the two adversaries on the rooftop, take a right to go up the ladder. You'll now want to dash across an area free of flying foes and a spellcaster at the finish. Run past them on the right side of the road, then jump down another set of rooftops.
You'll want to jump down a few rooftops, then make your way to the left till you run into a few more archer foes, and then jump down to the ledge on the left. You can now jump across to the top of the Church of the Cuckoo and look for an open window that will allow you to sprint across the judge. A body will dangle from the rafters, and beneath it will be another body holding a second Ancient Glintstone Key.
Return the key to Thops, and he'll give you the Erudition gesture as a reward.
