This Talisman can be found in a location known as the Abandoned Cave. This area can be found in Caelid, east of the Smolder Wall site of grace. Make your way to the east when you arrive at this place of grace and look for the ledge. Multiple tree branches will span throughout the entire region. You'll discover the cave entrance by jumping down from the tree branches and following the path to the opposite side of the rocks.

Enter the cave and make your way to the boss room. You'll be up against two Cleanrot Knights there. One will wield a sickle while the other will wield a spear.
