Genshin Impact 2.6: How to unlock The Chasm map

In their recent 2.6 version, Genshin Impact introduces a new zone called The Chasm. The Chasm was once utilized as a battleground between Rex Lapis and Azhdaha. Liyue Qixing has sealed the access to the underground mines for reasons unknown to the traveler, and The Chasm is currently an abandoned mine. The Surface and Underground areas of the Chasm are separated into two sections. Players can explore the Surface right away, but they must first access the subsurface area.

Genshin Impact 2.6: Unlocking the underground mines of The Chasm through World Quest

While the surface is covered in reddish flora and unusual Geo structures, the subterranean mines feature a dark and scary atmosphere with unique plants. Players will have to enter the underground section from the surface, similar to Enkanomiya, before using the teleport destinations to go independently. To gain entrance to the underground mines, players must finish the global quest Surreptitious Seven-Star Seal Sundering. The first quest in the series demands Genshin Impact players to seek Muning, a Ministry of Civil Affairs specialist who can be found somewhere in The Chasm's Surface zone. Players will learn from Muning during the second phase of the World Quest that the Liyue Qixing were the ones who shut the underground mines with a magical array. To disperse the magic array, players must get the Lumenstone Adjuvant device and destroy three Bedrock Keys.

Finally, once Lumenstone Adjuvant has been obtained, players must employ Cage-Shaped Geo cages near the Bedrock Keys to destroy them.
