In Kirby and the Forgotten Land, Mouthful Mode is Kirby's newest skill that distinguishes this game from others in the series (apart from the fact that it is the first major game to completely embrace 3D environmental gameplay). There are a few races on the level Circuit Speedway in Wondaria Remains where you will be using Mouthful Mode on a car to earn the best time possible for rewards. Here's how you can get them. Before we get started, keep in mind that there are only two buttons to care about during these races: boosting with B and jumping with A. Never let go of the boost when racing, and make use of jumping to take shortcuts.

To obtain the gold reward for a Waddle Dee, you must reach the goal in 25 seconds in the first race, but there is a hidden side objective to beat this one in 20 seconds for another. This race is quite straightforward, so take advantage of any opportunities to bypass corners and leap over mud puddles. Try to keep going straight down the road as much as possible on the last stretch, leaping over the mud areas. If you run out of time, simply take the blue warp star at the end of the path to try again.

We'll take a few shortcuts in the second race that should easily allow you to cross the finish line before the 50-second gold limit. You should have plenty of time even if you goof up a couple of jumps. Right away, as you reach the hill at the start, push yourself off to the right-hand track. Just down the road are some cardboard boxes to leap through in order to save some time.

A ramp to go over a mud puddle can be found a little further down the track. Instead, turn left and take a chance on some more cardboard boxes by taking a leap of faith. When you get to the top of the hill, cut off the corners and jump up the middle. This will take you to a straightaway where you can hop over mud puddles and weave your way to the finish line while weaving between cars.
