Kirby and the Forgotten Land: What are Rare Stones used for

You'll come across something called a Rare Stone early on in your journey. These stones don't appear to be of immediate value, but they prove to be invaluable in your quest to release the Waddle Dees, and they're well worth hunting out. Continue reading to find out what Rare Stones are used for in Kirby and the Forgotten Land.

Rare Stones are a limited resource that you can use to improve your coping skills. Only after you've defeated the first world's boss (Natural Plains) and unlocked Waddle Dee's Weapon Shop will you be able to upgrade copy abilities; the shopkeeper will give you a brief instruction on how to do so. Each Tier 1 to Tier 2 upgrade will cost you two Rare Stones and 500 Star Coins.

If you've already gathered a few Rare Stones, you're in luck: you can immediately increase a handful of your copy skills. You can find Rare Stones from the numerous Treasure Roads that unlock as you continue through the story if you haven't already. You will, however, require Blueprints, which may be gained through both plot progression and secret area discovery. You can also look through our Present Codes section to see if there's a code that would get you a bunch of Rare Stones for free.
