Stranger of Paradise: Minimum and recommended PC specs to play

Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin's minimum and recommended PC specifications have been released by publisher Square Enix. The PC version of the game will be available exclusively on the Epic Games Store for purchase and download. This game was created by Team Ninja as an action RPG based on the universe of the original Final Fantasy.

Since Stranger of Paradise will be released in March 2022, now is a good time to compare your PC specs to the minimum and recommended specs Square Enix has published ahead of time.

Stranger of Paradise director Daisuke Inoue recently highlighted how the dungeon concepts in this game were inspired by earlier Final Fantasy games. However, the original Final Fantasy is the primary influence, and familiar characters such as the Four Fiends will appear.

The protagonist, Jack, will also take on the role of the famed villain Garland in the game. Stranger of Paradise does not exist in the same world as the original Final Fantasy, despite appropriating familiar characters and symbols. It's a reinvention of that world instead.

Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin will be released on the Epic Games Store on March 18, 2022, for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. It can be preordered across all platforms. A basic edition and a Digital Deluxe Edition including a DLC season pass, digital art book, and digital mini soundtrack are both available.
