Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands: How does armor work?
As you travel through Tiny Tina's Wonderlands, the armour you wear becomes your character's appearance. Others will be looking at the options you picked through the customisation page whenever they see your character, even if you don't see it. Armour will be a choice for employing specific abilities and will have a gameplay use. In Tiny Tina's Wonderlands, this guide explains how armour works.
The armour is the middle slot on the weapon pick screen's bottom option. When you hover your cursor over your armour, it will display a class name and a unique description describing its enhanced abilities. Essentially, your armour provides you with a number of passive boosts to your build as well as a number of free abilities that increase your skill tree points. For the Clawbringer, for example, we have a piece of armour that grants two points in Oath of Fire and Dragon Aura. Normally, we'd have to invest skill points in our Skills tree, but your armour can go above and beyond the minimum criteria, providing you with an even more significant boost.
You can even wear armour that isn't related to your class but depending on the route you take, it may not be as effective for your building. We recommend going to a Quick Change to change your character's appearance if you wish to change the appearance of your armour while wearing it. Any modifications made here will take effect instantly.
