Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands: How to complete A Knight’s Toil side quest
Tiny Tina's Wonderlands has a number of side missions for you to complete. You'll discover them scattered around the game, and completing them will win you additional goodies and experience. In A Knight's Toil, you'll have the chance to encounter the Lady of the Lake as you explore the Weepwild Dankness. This tutorial will show you how to complete the side quest A Knight's Toil in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands. This quest may be picked up immediately before many shrooms attack you outside of the main location for the Weepwild Dankness section. Claptrap will arrive near you when you accept the task.
In order to get to Lake Lady, you'll have to follow Claptrap through the forest. Unfortunately, a horde of Goblins is making a nuisance of themselves nearby. You'll be given a waypoint to their location and must calm them down. Even though you tried to calm them down with your words, they won't stop, so you'll have to clear them out.
Return to the Lake Lady when you've cleared them out. Unfortunately, she fights you in order to prevent you from stealing Claptrap's powerful weapon. After you've vanquished the Lady of the Lake, head over to Llance, who isn't far from where you are now.
To get across the bridge, you'll have to show Llance that you're better than him. He'll teleport onto a mushroom, putting you in the position of having to knock him off. To do so, leap atop the mushrooms behind the bridge and then slam Llance with a slam strike. While falling in the air, use the crouch button to perform a slam strike. You'll have to fight Llance and his squires once you've done that.
After you've vanquished those three, you can take Llance's shield and offer it to Claptrap. Only a King can remove the fabled sword from the rock as you make your way to it. You'll have to track down King Archer. They're not far from where you're standing right now.
When you arrive at the spot, speak with King Archer and beg for their assistance. Because Claptrap sent the message, everything went awry. To defeat you, you must fight King Archer, his Round Table Knights, and any shrooms they call. After defeating King Archer, take his hand and return it to Claptrap so he can retrieve the sword from the stone.
After regaining access to the sword, place the skeleton's hand on the blade and rip the sword from the stone, awarding Claptrap Extra-Caliber. Claptrap flies through the air and lands at Mervin's gate after receiving the weapon. To continue the quest, you'll need to go to Mervin's gate.
Mervin will let you and Claptrap through his gates, but you'll have to prove your worth by defeating his apprentices. Fortunately, they're just Goblins. You'll need to solve Mervin's riddle after you've dealt with the Goblins. Claptrap will lead you to the correct Mervin, which will result in a calamity for each choice. Following the second option, you must fight the three Mervins and claim the tome from Claptrap's residence. When you step outside and offer it to Claptrap, you'll have finished the task.
