Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands: How to defeat the Parasite boss

There is no doubting that parasites are harmful. A parasite has infiltrated the gigantic beanstalk you built where Driftwood used to be, and it's up to you to get rid of it. You'll begin by assisting your Fairy Punchfather in defeating the evil that has plagued the beanstalk in the Walk the Stalk side quest. After cleaning everything out, you'll return to what's left of Driftwood to end your adventure. Enter the Parasite's boss arena by sliding down the slide. Before you can beat the Parasite boss, you must go through three phases. The boss will have a ward active during the first phase. The boss will be covered in the first phase and will resemble one of the Shroomancers you've encountered. During this phase, it will cast a number of spells. A link is the first spell. The parasite will attach itself to you by a magical bond that will drain your ward/health on a continuous basis. Second, the boss will fire many electric balls at your ward, causing heavy damage. The final spell is a summoning spell that summons Shroomlet foes into battle.

The boss will have a red health bar during phase two. This means that if you have fire damage, you should use it. The health bar of the boss will quickly be melted by fire. The boss will tumble to the ground and chase you throughout this phase. It will employ the same attacks as the first phase, as well as a melee strike. The boss can also spawn skeletons during this phase.

The boss's top will fall off in the final phase, revealing the skeletal structure beneath. During this time, its health bar will also be grey. This indicates that if you have frost damage, you should use it. Frost damage is the most effective against foes with grey health bars, such as skeletons. The boss will utilize the same attacks as in the previous phase, but this time he will add poison to them and call more skeletons. Make sure you have AOE spells on hand to deal with the enormous number of foes that will appear during the battle.
