How to perform the Skeleton Key exploit

There is an exploit in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands that allows you to gain endless Skeleton Keys at the time of writing. You can play this on a PC or a console, however, consoles are more convenient. To begin, you'll need to redeem any available Skeleton Keys SHiFT codes. New ones appear on a regular basis, but don't go claiming the Skeleton Key from your inbox just yet.
