Elden Ring: How to get Hoslow’s Petal Whip
Elden Ring's whips are an unusual weapon type to utilize. While they don't have as much range as a two-handed weapon, they are usually quite swift and often deal useful secondary damage. Hoslow's Petal Whip is no exception, with each strike causing an accumulation of blood loss. Many bosses are vulnerable to bleeding, so here's how to earn Hoslow's Petal Whip in Elden Ring.
You'll need to get to the Volcano Manor, which is located on the Altus Plateau's western edge. You can get to this area in a few ways: by following the road from the Altus Plateau Lesser Erdtree north and then west, by completing Rya's questline (you can start this quest near the Telescope in the Liurnia of the Lakes very early on,) or by being kidnapped by an Abductor Virgin (at the Raya Lucaria Academy, ride the waterwheel all the way to the bottom and get grabbed by the Iron Maiden-looking enemies.)
Regardless of how you arrive at the Volcano Manor, your mission is to carry out the assassinations that have been assigned to you. You'll have to murder a lot of NPCs, but at the end of it all, you'll have the chance to kill Hoslow. Look for the red pin on your map in the Mountaintop of the Giants to find his invasion sign.
He will quickly inflict bleed on you, so dispatch him from afar or bring enough of Stanching Boluses with you. You will inherit his stuff, including the Hoslow's Petal Whip, after beating him.
