Elden Ring: Where to find the Bolt of Gransax

One of the fabled firearms found in the Lands Between is the Bolt of Gransax. This all-powerful weapon may transform into a strong lightning bolt that can be thrown at your foes. If you plan on employing a dexterity build, you should definitely get your hands on this weapon. The Bolt of Gransax can be found here in Elden Ring.

To get this spear, you must first travel to Leyndell's capital city. To accomplish so, you'll need at least two of the Great Runes, which can be obtained before entering the city. Great Runes are obtained by conquering Radahn, Godrick, and Rykard. Once you obtain the required amount of Great Runes, fight the Draconic Tree Sentinel barring the entrance to the capital city, and you will gain admission.

Once you've entered the city, follow the roads to the enormous dragon monument. The statue's wing can be climbed. To get to the West Ramparts Site of Grace, do so. Use the tree roots to get to the boss arena, where you'll battle a spirit version of Godfrey. After the boss fight, take the elevator out of the arena.

Follow the path to the bottom of the elevator and seek a spot where you can jump over the railing and onto a spear connected to the dragon statue. The jumping-off point is near a Crucible Knight. Climb the spear until you reach the Bolt of Gransax, which is about halfway up.

Remember that you must earn this spear before finishing the Crumbling Farum Azula. Due to modifications in the capital city, the spear will become unobtainable once you complete that section. You will also be unable to obtain the legendary armaments achievement as a result of this.
