Ghostwire Tokyo: How to heal
During your stay in Ghostwire: Tokyo, you will encounter the following characters. You'll want to keep Akiro's health as high as possible, and you'll have to deal with phantom adversaries known as Visitors. You only have one way for self-healing, therefore getting to know it is crucial. How to heal in Ghostwire: Tokyo is covered in this guide.
In Ghostwire, the sole way to heal Akiro is to eat or drink something. These food and beverage items can be found all across Shibuya. Many will be hidden in shopping bags, drawers, and closets throughout the city. To consume a consumable, make sure it's equipped in the Inventory menu and hold the interact button down.
Many of the foods and drinks you'll encounter are conventional, but you'll also come across Spectral Food. Spectral Food functions similarly to conventional food, yet it differs somewhat. Any Spectral Food you come across will heal Akiro in the same way it heals you. It does not, however, deliver as much healing as regular food. You'll get a lower number of health points in return, but you'll get a passive benefit by eating this food.
Depending on the type of food you're consuming, you'll get a different kind of buff. Nether Yakuza Puffs, for example, make it harder for foes to detect you when you're sneaking around, and the Nether Rice Ball (Umeboshi) doubles the timing window for your Perfect Block.
While visiting Shibuya, keep this food in mind and double-check which ones you have with you. You don't want to be in a stressful situation where you're surrounded by people selling you things that aren't good for your health.
